The Challenge
Spotify's Latin America team needs a cultural strategist who gets Gen Z music fans. You'll own Mexico's social strategy, turning streaming data into viral moments that position Spotify as the definitive platform for music discovery.
Your Mission
Audit current social presence across platforms, identify content gaps, and establish baseline engagement metrics by week 4
Develop and present comprehensive Mexico social media strategy tied to Q1-Q2 business growth targets
Launch 2-3 culturally resonant campaign concepts leveraging local music trends and creator partnerships
Build relationships with 10-15 key Mexican influencers and music creators for content collaboration
Achieve 25% YoY growth in social media engagement (likes, shares, comments) across all platforms
Execute 6+ integrated multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI tied to user acquisition and retention
Establish Spotify as a top-3 music brand in Mexico's social conversation (track share of voice vs competitors)
Launch creator partnership program generating minimum 50M monthly impressions from influencer collaborations
