What you'll do
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Support and execute customer campaigns to deepen the customer relationship within the business community
- Leverage collaboration and work cross-functionally with teams to maximize customer marketing initiatives
- Act as the liaison with Departments, including Product Marketing, Creative Strategy and go-to-market execution teams to ensure effective programs and initiatives
- Support the execution of customer-facing materials with partner teams
- Office environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline and/or an equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Marketing Experience
- Customer-focused with a proven track record of success in achieving/exceeding growth and profitability goals through innovative marketing and event programs
- Collaborative, team-based posture with the necessary “people” competencies to communicate a passion for winning
- Service orientation and comfortability interacting with senior-level executives through written and verbal communications
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and autonomously
- Demonstrated attention to detail balanced with the ability to think strategically
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of video, voice, data, mobile products
- Business Marketing experience
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in other desktop application
- Prior experience with Marketing Automation (Eloqua, Marketo, SF Marketing Cloud) a plus
