The Challenge
SOVA is scaling from €4M to €40M revenue with 200%+ YoY growth in women's hormonal health. You'll own the entire growth engine in France, reporting directly to the co-founder, testing new channels and building a marketing team from the ground up.
Your Mission
Audit current acquisition channels (organic, paid, partnerships) and identify 2-3 untested channels to pilot with €5K-€10K budgets
Establish baseline metrics dashboard: CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate by funnel stage and channel
Launch 4-6 A/B tests on website/landing pages with clear winning criteria and implement top 2 winners
Build and brief first marketing hire or contractor on playbooks; define roles and growth process
Scale top 2-3 acquisition channels to 2x current volume while maintaining or improving CAC payback period
Achieve 25%+ improvement in website conversion rate through CRO program and data-driven optimizations
Establish repeatable SEO and CRM pipeline generating 20%+ of new customer volume
Present European expansion growth strategy to founders with validated unit economics and channel mix for 2-3 new markets
KPIs You'll Own
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Track blended CAC by channel; target payback within 3-6 months based on LTV
Conversion Rate
Monitor conversion rate across website, landing pages, and checkout; benchmark against e-commerce benchmarks (2-4%)
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Measure paid acquisition efficiency; target 3:1 ROAS minimum for paid channels
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Calculate LTV from repeat purchases and subscription data; inform CAC budget allocation
Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) Growth
Track month-over-month revenue growth rate; align with €4M to €40M scaling trajectory

- You've built or scaled acquisition channels in e-commerce or high-growth startups and can speak to real CAC/LTV/ROAS numbers
- You're fluent in both French and English and comfortable working directly with founders in a scrappy, fast-moving environment
- You're data-obsessed but creative—equally comfortable running A/B tests and exploring off-the-wall growth levers (community, partnerships, affiliates)
- You want to own a P&L and build a team, not manage existing processes
- You need clear processes, extensive documentation, and a structured marketing department—SOVA is building this from scratch
- You view growth as 'running ads' or 'managing channels' rather than testing, learning, and iterating relentlessly
- You're not comfortable with regular direct interaction with co-founders or lack entrepreneurial drive
