The Challenge
Socure is the identity trust backbone for the digital economy-verifying good identities in real-time and stopping fraud before it starts. You'll architect growth systems that blend code, content, and conversion to drive customer acquisition across fintech, government, and eCommerce.
Your Mission
Ship 3-4 automated campaign workflows (lifecycle drips, prospecting sequences) that reduce manual GTM work by 40%+
Build and launch one viral mini-product or shareable demo (calculator, tool, or interactive experience) that generates measurable organic traffic
Establish baseline funnel metrics and behavioral data dashboards; identify top 2 conversion leaks for rapid experimentation
Partner with marketing/sales to design and execute 2 personalized outbound campaigns using clay.io or similar automation tools targeting specific verticals
Scale sales/marketing functions: own 5+ campaign automation workflows generating 30%+ higher conversion rates than baseline
Deploy 2-3 AI agents (prospecting, competitive monitoring, customer communication) that measurably accelerate sales cycles and cross-sell
Build self-service product initiatives with dynamic messaging capturing new and existing customer segments; track MQL-to-SQL lift
Create playbooks and internal tools that become standard GTM multipliers across marketing and revenue ops teams

Pipeline Generated per Campaign
Track MQLs, SQLs, and influenced pipeline created by growth-engineered campaigns and automations month-over-month.
Campaign Conversion Rates
Monitor conversion lift across personalized outbound, landing pages, mini-products, and lifecycle drips vs. control.
Time-to-Ship / Experiment Velocity
Measure days from concept to live campaign/workflow; target rapid iteration with tight feedback loops.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Payback
Track blended CAC across channels and payback period; optimize spend allocation to highest-ROI automations.
Organic / Referral Traffic
Measure traffic and signups driven by viral tools, demos, and community initiatives (Slack, Substack, LinkedIn).
