The Challenge
Skillup is building their GTM engine from the ground up with an AI-first approach. You'll own the entire outbound strategy—from contact list building to ABM campaigns—working directly with founders and sales leadership to scale revenue efficiently.
Your Mission
Build and operationalize the initial outbound contact database using AI enrichment tools (Clay, n8n) with quality benchmarks
Design and launch 2-3 test outbound campaigns across Mid-Market segment with documented playbooks and performance metrics
Set up HubSpot dashboards tracking key GTM metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversion velocity) for real-time optimization
Partner with Sales team on feedback loops and create initial SDR training documentation on outbound sequences
Implement full AI-powered workflow for contact enrichment and lead scoring with human-in-the-loop validation
Scale Mid-Market outbound to predictable revenue contribution with 3+ validated playbooks and documented iterations
Build and activate initial ABM strategy for top 10-15 Enterprise accounts with personalized sequences and intent mapping
Establish GTM metrics framework and monthly reporting cadence; contribute to Q3 planning with data-driven segment recommendations

Outbound Reply Rate
Track email open and reply rates across campaigns to optimize sequencing and messaging.
Cost Per Qualified Lead
Measure efficiency of contact enrichment and prospecting spend against qualified pipeline generated.
ABM Account Engagement
Monitor response rate and deal progression velocity for Enterprise target accounts.
Contact Database Quality Score
Validate data accuracy and completeness of enriched contact records feeding outbound campaigns.

- You have 1-3 years of hands-on outbound, Growth Ops, or RevOps experience—ideally in B2B SaaS
- You're comfortable with operational tools (HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Lemlist) and want to go deeper into AI workflows and LLMs
- You love designing systems end-to-end: hypothesis → test → iterate → document → scale
- You thrive in early-stage environments where you shape GTM strategy directly with founders and sales leaders
- You prefer remote work or flexibility; this is 100% on-site Paris
- You need heavy mentorship on sales/outbound fundamentals—they expect 1-3 years of relevant ops experience
- You're looking for a purely analytical role; this is hands-on execution mixed with strategy and data
