Skello just raised €40M to dominate European shift work management. You'll architect their inbound growth engine across 6 countries, blending AI, SEO, and automation to turn 25k+ clients into a growth flywheel.
Your Mission
Audit current inbound performance across all 6 markets; identify top 3 quick wins for content and SEO
Build first AI-powered content production pipeline using LLMs to 3x monthly output
Design and launch 2 high-intent landing pages with conversion tracking in HubSpot
Define and instrument core inbound KPIs (MQL, SQL, CPL, MRR impact) with Looker dashboards
Launch SEO strategy across France, Spain, Italy with measurable ranking gains on 20+ priority keywords
Scale inbound team: hire and onboard 2 growth marketers; document workflows and playbooks
Generate 500+ SQLs/month from inbound (current state unknown; establish baseline and grow 40%+)
Implement attribution model connecting content → MQL → SQL → MRR with predictive metrics

Is This Role For You?
- You have 4-7 years inbound/growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS or scale-ups
- You've shipped with HubSpot, understand attribution, and own conversion funnels end-to-end
- You're already deeply integrating LLMs into your marketing workflows (not just ChatGPT for copy)
- You're fluent French + English (C1); Italian or Spanish is a bonus
- You're new to LLMs or view AI as a marketing toy, not a productivity lever
- You haven't built or led SEO and content strategies at scale
- You prefer remote work; this role is 100% on-site in Paris
- You're not comfortable with ambiguity or high-velocity decision-making
