The Challenge
Skale has built a first-of-its-kind speech AI that diagnoses neurological conditions from voice-backed by impressive seed funding and a founding team with multiple exits. You'll own all performance marketing and demand generation to scale a breakthrough health tech platform from the ground up.
Your Mission
Establish baseline metrics: CAC, LTV, conversion funnels across all acquisition channels (paid search, content, partnerships)
Launch and optimize 2-3 high-ROI paid campaigns (search, social, display) targeting healthcare providers and patient segments
Build demand generation playbook: email sequences, retargeting, and nurture flows for B2B2C motion
Map and prioritize channel mix based on early data; identify 1-2 channels for aggressive scaling in Q2
Hit defined CAC targets ($X) and payback period (<6 months) across top 3 channels
Generate pipeline: X qualified MQLs/SQLs monthly from demand gen (benchmark against industry standards)
Scale paid spend 2-3x while maintaining or improving ROAS and unit economics
Build repeatable content and partnership engine; secure 2-3 strategic healthcare/provider partnerships for co-marketing

Cost to acquire one paying customer; tie to payback period and LTV ratio.
Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
Volume and quality of leads entering your funnel monthly.
Conversion Rate (top-of-funnel to customer)
Percentage of prospects who become customers; track by channel.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Revenue generated per dollar spent on paid campaigns.
Pipeline Generated
Total opportunity value created by marketing each month.
Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Acquisition cost at each stage; optimize by channel and segment.
