What you'll do
This role sits at the intersection of data, creativity, and relationship-building. You'll work cross-functionally with teams to ensure our affiliate creators have the tools, insights, and inspiration they need to drive results.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the strategy and day-to-day management and communication of Shopbop's unmanaged influencer and affiliate styling program, including commission-based incentive structures
- Develop and execute scalable engagement programs including a newsletter program reaching 2,000+ influencers, product seeding, and content briefing
- Analyze creator performance data to identify top performers and build a pipeline for promotion into the managed influencer program based on performance benchmarks (e.g., monthly OPS and new customer acquisition thresholds)
- Leverage forward-looking business insights — including inventory availability and trend data — to help creators proactively plan and publish content
- Track and report on key program KPIs including demand OPS, new customer count, commission fees, and return rates
- Collaborate with affiliate stylist platforms to identify growth opportunities, develop incentive programs and optimize program performance
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience delivering paid media campaigns spanning TV, print ads and digital/social channels
- Experience across affiliate marketing, PPC, SEM and social media advertising
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
