Delight.ai just pivoted from a $1B+ CPaaS platform to an AI-first CX agent. You'll own organic growth from zero—building the content and SEO engine that makes them discoverable in search, Perplexity, and ChatGPT, and turns that into pipeline.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map competitive and keyword landscape for AI agent + CX buyer research; identify top 20 content pillars and priority topics

Launch SEO/AEO strategy framework: audit site architecture, implement structured data, and spec technical requirements for LLM crawlability

Ship first 5-8 high-velocity content pieces (blog, gated, web) optimized for both search engines and AI search engines

4

Build attribution model that ties organic traffic → qualified leads → pipeline contribution; establish baseline metrics

By 6 Months

Drive organic-sourced pipeline to 20%+ of total pipeline; achieve top 3 ranking for 10+ core keywords

Scale content production to 2+ pieces/week across formats (long-form, gated, email, web updates); develop AI-augmented workflows that reduce production time by 40%

Implement AEO optimization for ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Brave; track mentions and citations; build feedback loop into content strategy
