The Challenge
Rocket Money is in hypergrowth mode and needs a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to build their paid social strategy from the ground up. You'll own end-to-end execution across TikTok, Meta, and emerging platforms, directly driving mobile app install performance at scale with complete autonomy.
Your Mission
Establish paid social campaign framework and playbooks across TikTok and Meta, defining bid strategies, audience targeting, and creative testing protocols
Launch and optimize at least 3 paid social campaigns with target CAC benchmarks, implementing SKAN and attribution measurement
Source and test 5-10 creator partnerships for paid social, identifying top-performing creator content themes and scaling winners
Audit current paid social measurement gaps and build solutions for multi-attribution analysis (SKAN, last-click, incrementality)
Scale paid social ROAS to 3.5x+ across TikTok and Meta through optimized creative testing roadmaps and audience expansion
Establish repeatable creator ad program generating 20%+ of paid social volume with documented creative best practices and sourcing process
Build and execute comprehensive testing roadmap validating 3-5 new audiences, platforms, or creative formats with structured incrementality testing
Reduce CAC by 15-20% through bid strategy refinement, audience optimization, and privacy-constrained targeting improvements
KPIs You'll Own
Cost Per App Install (CPI)
Target CAC across TikTok and Meta channels, tracked via SKAN and attribution modeling.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Revenue generated per dollar spent on paid social campaigns, measured across multiple attribution windows.
Creative Test Velocity
Number of creative iterations tested and scaled monthly to maintain competitive edge and unlock new growth levers.
Creator Program Contribution
Percentage of total paid social volume and incremental ROAS attributed to creator partnerships.
Attribution Accuracy
Confidence level in measurement across SKAN, last-click, and incrementality models to inform strategic decision-making.

- You've scaled paid social campaigns on TikTok and Meta to 7-figure spend with proven CPI/ROAS optimization
- You're comfortable building frameworks and processes from scratch in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- You understand mobile app attribution (SKAN, incrementality testing, multi-touch) and can navigate privacy-constrained ecosystems
- You've managed creator partnerships and know how to identify, test, and scale creator content at scale
- You operate with high autonomy, take ownership of outcomes, and proactively identify strategic gaps
- You need heavy hand-holding or prefer execution-only roles without strategic ownership
- You haven't worked on mobile app performance marketing with direct P&L accountability
- You're averse to rapid experimentation, iteration, and ambiguity
- You require fully remote work and can't commit 1-2 days/week in NYC office
