Digital Marketing Manager – RNR Tire Express

Role Overview


The Digital Marketing Manager manages digital marketing initiatives for RNR Tire Express across corporate and franchise locations. This role focuses on executing digital campaigns, maintaining marketing platforms, and supporting lead generation efforts that help drive customer acquisition and strengthen local market presence.


The ideal candidate is a hands-on digital marketer, such as a former agency or in-house digital marketing specialist, who enjoys managing campaigns, maintaining marketing systems, and optimizing performance, and is ready to take ownership of both the strategy and execution of digital marketing initiatives within a growing brand.


Digital Infrastructure & Platform Management


  • Build and manage landing pages, including form creation, integrations, and performance tracking to support digital campaigns and lead generation.
  • Establish and maintain the digital presence for new store openings, including website updates, Google Business Profile setup, Apple Maps listings, AutoSync configuration, and Podium account setup and integration.
  • Maintain UTM tracking links and support campaign analytics reporting to track marketing performance.
  • Maintain CRM platforms supporting lead tracking, data accuracy, and marketing reporting.
  • Manage API connections and support website updates and development projects across website, coordinating with the Digital Marketing Coordinator and agency partners to ensure updates are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Manage the deployment of national and local email and SMS marketing campaigns, coordinating with the Digital Marketing Coordinator and Brand Manager.
  • Partner with the National Marketing Director to support the strategy and implementation of new website initiatives and platform integrations.


Franchisee and Corporate Stores


  • Lead paid digital marketing strategy across platforms such as Google and Meta, including campaign setup, targeting strategy, budget coordination, and performance optimization.
  • Develop targeting strategies, manage geographic targeting and zip code mapping, coordinate campaign budgets, and deliver performance insights aligned with local marketing objectives.
  • Maintain lead flow systems by monitoring landing page forms, CRM integrations, and reporting dashboards to ensure accurate lead tracking.
  • Support local SEO initiatives by assisting with Google Business Profile management and monitoring customer reviews in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Coordinator.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to prepare monthly reports and participate in franchise marketing check-in calls to review campaign performance and support local marketing needs.


Franchise Development Support


  • Support and assist Franchise Marketing Manager with the setup, optimization, and maintenance of landing pages, blog-setup and lead capture forms supporting franchise development campaigns.


Qualifications and Requirements


  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation roles across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta.
  • Experience supporting multi-location or franchise marketing environments is preferred.
  • Understanding of digital lead generation strategies, including campaign targeting, budget management, and conversion-focused landing pages.
  • Experience managing website updates and landing pages through CMS platforms such as Sanity, WordPress, or similar systems.
  • Experience analyzing marketing analytics and campaign performance metrics such as cost per lead, conversions, and campaign engagement.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing tools used to track leads and support marketing workflows.
  • Experience executing email (Mailchimp or similar) and SMS (Podium or similar) marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with local SEO best practices, including Google Business Profile management and online reputation monitoring.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns while collaborating with marketing teams, franchise partners, and external vendors.


Technical Skills and Platforms


  • Paid Media Platforms:

    Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads (preferred), TikTok
  • Email Marketing:

    Mailchimp or similar platforms
  • SMS Marketing:

    Podium or similar customer messaging platforms
  • Website & CMS:

    Sanity CMS or similar content management systems (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
  • Analytics & Tracking:

    Google Analytics (GA4), campaign tracking, and UTM management
  • CRM and POS Platforms:

    Lead management systems and connections, Pipeline and Zapier preferred
  • Local SEO:

    Google Business Profile management and reputation monitoring
