What you'll do
Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding Revolutionaries in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.
The Opportunity:
The Director, Business Growth & Enablement is responsible for leading capability building initiatives within the Development & Clinical Sciences (DCS) organization. The ideal candidate understands the drug development lifecycle, has worked in rapidly growing organizations and knows how to implement new ways of working. The Growth & Enablement function will create a roadmap for DCS and lead execution of the growth strategy.
The successful candidate will draw upon their experience to:
- Work with leaders to create a strategic roadmap that identifies and sequences capabilities-building into a multi-year plan.
- Serve as a champion for the DCS growth and enablement vision and link capability building initiatives to the strategic roadmap.
- Develop a team to drive strategic enablement initiatives, build sustainable capabilities and foster engagement across DCS.
- Create a leadership dashboard that reinforces strategic priorities, shares progress, identifies risks and highlights corporate dependencies.
- Be a role model for RevMed Core values.
- BS/BA degree in life science, business management, organizational psychology or related discipline.
- 12 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years of people management experience.
- Ability to translate strategy into action utilizing strong influence and negotiation skills as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including clear, succinct, and timely communication and proven ability to foster trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- Expertise in developing and managing projects including scoping the work, clarifying deliverables, establishing timelines, allocating resources and mitigating risks.
- Exercises sound judgment and good decision making.
- Ability to align specific recommendations/initiatives to the broader company strategy.
- Demonstrated people management skills.
- Advanced capability with MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), collaboration platforms (Smartsheet, Teams), workflow applications and visualization tools (Visio, or LucidCharts).
- MSc. or MBA or Ph.D. a plus.
- Experience working in global drug development organizations.
- Experience in rapidly growing organizations.
Please note that base pay salary range is one part of the overall total rewards program at RevMed, which includes competitive cash compensation, robust equity awards, strong benefits, and significant learning and development opportunities.

Base Pay Salary Range
$211,000 - $264,000 USD
