Realtor.com is the #1 platform trusted by real estate pros, and they need you to drive demand generation and sales growth across their Pro app, ecommerce store, and AI-powered platforms. You'll own the full funnel-from agent acquisition to retention-using data, experimentation, and emerging AI tools to move the needle on a massive TAM.
Your Mission
Audit current performance across Pro app, ecommerce store, and chat platform; establish baseline KPIs and identify top 3 optimization opportunities
Launch 2-3 A/B tests on high-impact conversion points (signup flow, pricing page, onboarding) with clear success criteria
Map cross-functional dependencies with design, product, engineering, and sales; establish weekly collab cadence and communication standards
Develop 90-day demand generation roadmap with channel prioritization (paid, organic, direct) and projected CAC/LTV impact
Achieve 15-20% improvement in conversion rate across primary ecommerce funnel via testing and optimization cycles
Scale 2+ high-performing demand gen campaigns with measurable ROI >3:1; document playbooks for repeatability
Build and operationalize AI-driven personalization engine for agent/broker engagement (LLM-powered content, recommendations, chat)
Deliver quarterly business reviews showing cohort analysis, retention metrics, and predictive churn models; inform product roadmap
KPIs You'll Own
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Track blended CAC across all channels and platforms; optimize toward target <$X per agent/broker.
Conversion Rate
Monitor top-of-funnel (app/site visit to signup) and mid-funnel (trial to paid) conversion rates; drive incremental improvements via testing.
Lifetime Value (LTV)
Model and track agent/broker LTV by cohort; ensure CAC payback within 12 months.
Demand Generation Pipeline
Measure marketing-sourced pipeline value and win rate; tie campaigns to sales outcomes.
Engagement & Retention
Track DAU/MAU, feature adoption, and churn rates across Pro app and chat platform; identify expansion opportunities.
Campaign ROI
Calculate revenue per dollar spent across paid channels, organic initiatives, and partnerships.
