Puig is a Barcelona-based family powerhouse behind Jean Paul Gaultier, Carolina Herrera, and Rabanne. You'll own market analysis and campaign execution for prestige fragrances in the US—directly influencing how luxury brands perform at retail.
Your Mission
Master NPD data pulls and monthly sell-out analysis to identify US market performance trends across Prestige portfolio
Execute 50+ marketing briefs, product codes, and PIM document updates for seasonal Prestige 360 campaigns
Build liaison role between Marketing and Sales Ops—ensure all seasonal marketing tools are communicated and adopted
Manage advertising asset accuracy for 10+ product launches (copy, pricing, compliance)
Become go-to analyst for competitive trend reports and market insights fed to Global teams quarterly
Own end-to-end product lifecycle for 3+ major fragrance launches from comp ordering through ad verification
Streamline sample management workflow and create playbook for future interns to reduce turnaround time by 20%
Present learnings to broader marketing team on seasonal performance drivers and recommendations for next fiscal year
