Overview
The
Senior Digital & Campaign Strategy Marketing Manager
is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization ofintegrated marketing campaigns and digital channels
, including paid media, website ownership, social media (handles and editorial), and webinars. This role serves as the connective tissue between campaign strategy and channel execution, ensuring consistent, high-performing experiences across the full digital ecosystem.Reporting to the Director of Marketing Strategy & Creative Experiences, this role partners closely with creative, content, analytics, and cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable business impact.

- Leads the development and execution of integrated campaign strategies aligned to brand and business objectives
- Translates campaign goals into clear channel plans across paid, owned, and earned digital touchpoints
- Partners with creative and channel teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive, on-brand, and audience-centric
- Owns campaign timelines, briefs, and performance reporting
- Owns the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital media (e.g., search, social, display, and other performance channels)
- Manages budgets, targeting, testing, and optimization to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness
- Partners with internal teams or agencies to continuously improve performance through data-driven insights
- Serves as the primary owner of the website and campaign landing pages, ensuring content, UX, and performance support marketing goals
- Partners with digital, UX, and analytics teams to optimize journeys, conversion paths, and user experience
- Maintains content governance, prioritization, and continuous improvement roadmap for web properties
- Owns the organization’s social media presence, including platform strategy, channel management, and editorial planning
- Leads social content strategy in partnership with creative and content teams to support campaigns, brand storytelling, and engagement goals
- Ensures consistent voice, messaging, and brand expression across all social platforms
- Leads strategy and execution for webinars and virtual programs as part of the broader campaign mix
- Partners with subject matter experts, creative teams, and channel owners to drive attendance and engagement
- Measures and optimizes webinar performance and downstream impact
- Defines KPIs and success metrics for campaigns and digital channels
- Analyzes performance data to generate insights and recommendations
- Uses learnings to refine strategies, improve execution, and inform future planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign strategy, or integrated marketing roles
- Proven experience owning campaign strategy and execution across paid media, web, social, and digital programs
- Strong understanding of digital performance metrics, analytics, and optimization best practices
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Health care experience required
