will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our growth engine across digital, retail, and emerging channels. This leader will be responsible for accelerating customer acquisition, increasing revenue, and expanding market share through data-informed, creative, and cross-functional growth initiatives.

This role requires a highly strategic and performance-oriented leader who can blend analytical thinking with executional excellence. The ideal candidate knows how to scale paid and organic growth channels, improve customer economics, identify new opportunities for expansion, and partner closely with brand, product, merchandising, and creative teams to drive sustainable growth.

You will oversee a team focused on marketplace growth, digital acquisition, and omnichannel performance. Success in this role means owning the full growth agenda—from customer acquisition and channel expansion to campaign performance, testing strategy, and marketing efficiency—while ensuring every investment drives measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Growth Strategy:

Own the company’s growth roadmap across paid media, marketplaces, customer acquisition, retention, and emerging channels. Build and execute strategies that drive efficient, scalable revenue growth.

Drive Performance Across Channels:

Lead growth efforts across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Paid Social, Search, affiliate, email/SMS, and other digital channels. Continuously optimize spend, audience strategy, and channel mix to improve return on investment.

Own Customer Acquisition & Economics:

Manage key growth metrics including customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, return on ad spend, marketing efficiency ratio, conversion rates, and incrementality. Use these metrics to guide budget allocation and strategic decision-making.

Expand into New Growth Opportunities:

Identify, test, and scale new channels and partnerships including CTV, streaming, creator/influencer marketing, retail media, and other emerging customer acquisition opportunities.

Lead Testing & Optimization:

Establish a disciplined test-and-learn culture across landing pages, offers, creative, audience segmentation, and media channels. Use experimentation to unlock new growth levers and improve performance over time.

Partner Cross-Functionally:

Work closely with Brand, Creative, Product, Merchandising, and Operations teams to align growth initiatives with key business priorities, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and customer needs.

Turn Insights into Action:

Leverage data, customer behavior, and market trends to uncover actionable opportunities for growth. Translate insights into clear recommendations that improve performance and inform broader business strategy.

Build Reporting & Executive Visibility:

Deliver regular performance updates, dashboards, and strategic insights to leadership. Clearly communicate results, opportunities, risks, and recommendations tied to revenue and growth goals.

Develop and Lead a High-Performing Team:

Recruit, manage, and mentor a strong growth team while fostering accountability, innovation, and collaboration.

What You’ll Bring

Experience:

7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital commerce, or customer acquisition, with significant responsibility for scaling revenue across multiple channels.

Growth Leadership:

Proven success leading high-budget, high-impact growth programs across complex product catalogs, digital channels, and marketplace ecosystems.

Channel Expertise:

Deep experience with platforms such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other customer acquisition channels.

Analytical Strength:

Strong command of growth metrics, attribution, forecasting, testing, and performance analysis. Able to make strategic decisions grounded in data while moving quickly in a dynamic environment.

Commercial Mindset:

Strong understanding of customer economics, revenue growth, conversion, pricing, and profitability.

Execution & Collaboration:

Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align teams and drive initiatives from strategy through execution.

Tools & Technology:

Experience with Excel, BI tools, Google Analytics, and performance reporting platforms; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.

Innovation Mindset:

Comfortable exploring new technologies, automation, and AI-driven tools to improve efficiency, personalization, and campaign performance.

Preferred Certifications:

Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok certifications are a plus.
