PayJoy has served 18M+ customers across emerging markets with patented secured credit tech. You'll own credit card and line-of-credit growth in Colombia, bridging global product strategy with local execution while driving cross-sell velocity with their phone finance business.
Your Mission
Map and activate top 20% of existing phone finance customer base for credit card cross-sell, establishing baseline conversion rates
Audit and optimize all distribution partner relationships; identify 3-5 priority retail channels for card issuance expansion
Define and track core credit card KPIs (issuance, activation %, monthly usage, cross-sell %), aligned with global product team
Launch first co-branded campaign bundling phone finance + credit card benefits to test market appetite and messaging
Scale credit card issuance to 50K+ new cardholders, with 40%+ activation rate within 90 days of issuance
Grow card usage metrics (transaction frequency, avg ticket size) by 25% through targeted promotions and partner bundling
Establish 5+ new strategic alliance partnerships offering exclusive cardholder benefits, directly tied to retention lift
Build repeatable GTM playbook for card acquisition that can be replicated across other PayJoy markets
