The Challenge

OVHcloud is Europe's leading cloud infrastructure provider scaling acquisition across international markets. You'll own SEO and paid media project coordination, bridging strategy and execution while driving customer growth in a fast-moving digital landscape.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and document current SEO and paid media projects; establish baseline performance metrics across both channels

2

Support launch of 2-3 new SEO initiatives (pages, migrations, or automation improvements) with clear success criteria

3

Build competitive intelligence dashboard tracking SEO/paid trends, platform updates, and best practices across cloud industry

4

Establish cross-functional sync cadence with SEO and paid media teams; create shared project timeline and stakeholder communication plan

By 6 Months
1

Deliver optimization recommendations backed by performance data that improve CAC or conversion rates by 10%+

2

Lead implementation of one new paid media automation or SEO tool, measuring adoption and impact

3

Coordinate localization of 2+ acquisition campaigns for international markets; synthesize learnings into playbook

4

Contribute to quarterly business review with clear metrics on project health, team velocity, and acquisition channel performance

Project On-Time Delivery Rate

Percentage of SEO and paid media projects delivered against agreed timeline; target 90%+

CAC & ROAS by Channel

Track cost per acquisition and return on ad spend for paid; organic traffic growth for SEO

Team Velocity & Sprint Completion

Story points/tasks completed per sprint cycle; indicates project planning accuracy

Recommendation Impact Rate

% of optimization recommendations implemented and actual lift in performance metrics
