Our client is launching a new international multi-asset CFD brokerage focused on growth across MENA, Africa and other emerging markets.
The brokerage brand is at an early stage and is currently entering its active growth phase. The project is backed by an established group operating in fintech and liquidity, providing infrastructure, capital, and operational support.
The company is now looking for a Lead Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of user acquisition and marketing performance, and build the marketing function from the ground up.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands-on performance marketing role.
You will be the first in-house marketing owner, responsible for building and managing the full acquisition funnel β from traffic to funded accounts.
At the early stage, you will execute campaigns yourself and work independently. As the company grows, the role is expected to evolve into Head of Marketing, with the opportunity to build and lead a team.
You will work closely with the core leadership team in a fast-paced environment aligned with European working hours.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
User Acquisition & Performance Marketing
- Plan and launch performance campaigns across key channels:
- Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search / Display / YouTube)
- Other paid acquisition channels
- Generate qualified leads and optimize conversion into funded accounts
- Manage the full funnel: lead β registration β funded account β trading activity
- Monitor and improve key metrics:
- CPL, CPA, FTD, conversion rates, ROI
Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy
- Define positioning in competitive and trust-sensitive markets
- Launch campaigns focused on both acquisition and credibility
- Support expansion across MENA, Africa and emerging markets
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Set up and manage analytics and attribution
- Work with CRM and performance tracking tools
- Build dashboards covering:
- leads, registrations, funded accounts, deposits, ROI
- Use data to continuously improve performance
Affiliate & Partnership Channels
- Work with affiliate partners and introducing brokers (IB)
- Support partner-driven acquisition
- Collaborate with sales to improve conversion
Content & Brand Trust
- Define content strategy (educational / trading-related)
- Manage contractors and content production
- Ensure compliance with financial marketing requirements
- Contribute to building brand trust in competitive markets
REQUIREMENTS
Required
- 3β6 years of experience in marketing within:
- FX / CFD brokers, trading platforms, iGaming, betting, crypto or fintech
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- performance marketing
- lead generation
- funnels and conversion optimization
- campaign analytics
- Experience scaling paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Understanding of how traders choose and use a brokerage
- Ability to work independently and build marketing processes from scratch
- English B2+ / C1
- Based in Eastern Europe or comfortable working within GMT+2 / GMT+3 time zone
Nice to Have
- Experience working with affiliate / IB channels
- Experience managing external agencies or contractors
- SEO or content-driven acquisition experience
