JOB PURPOSE:

The role of Digital Marketing Manager is an exciting opportunity to help manage a wide range of digital marketing channels. Tracking performance, creating campaign initiatives, managing a team, and maintaining strong professional relationships with vendors. This position will have the opportunity to use and improve their skills in a fun and fast-paced environment that encourages new ideas and supports professional development. This role will be an integral part towards reaching organic objectives for Nuvative and its affiliated companies by working directly with the marketing department.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 4-5 direct reports and vendors
  • Manage and track day-to-day performance across multiple channels through data sharing and metric monitoring
  • Increase website SEO with backlinking strategies, quality content, and keyword enhancement
  • Oversee execution of social media account management across all companies
  • Oversee the conceptualization, outlining, and creation of content calendar for original content, social media, email marketing campaigns, and more
  • Understand customer demographics and targeting through continual customer data review and established connection with customer service team
  • Review campaign data and make informed and thoughtful decisions
  • Stay up to date with current marketing trends through research and continuing education
  • Manage email marketing campaigns across all companies
  • Assist with in-house marketing initiatives to boost company morale and create a cohesive brand across all departments
  • Report performance data on all campaigns
  • Anticipate marketing opportunities, both internal and external, for social media or press release promotion
  • Partner with customer service to push marketing objectives with customers on the phone
  • Review and update on site content on a quarterly basis
  • Review all marketing communications both manual and automatic to keep fresh and engaging

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing position
  • Strong professional relationship skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to relay tasks and set deadlines for team
  • Working knowledge of content creation for the specific goal of increasing website SEO
  • Ability to create HTML marketing emails using email software, Mailchimp
  • Understanding of content management systems
  • Working knowledge of utilizing social media channels for marketing
  • Proven creative skills with the ability to translate creative ideas into professional initiatives
  • Working knowledge of basic Adobe Creative Suite applications not required, but encouraged
  • Outgoing and energetic personality that is willing to think outside the box
  • Organized and punctual self-starter that is success motivated
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Understand the necessity for quality product in a timely manner
  • Flexible attitude to work within multiple projects and companies at the same time
