The Challenge
NeoWork is a HIPAA-compliant healthcare logistics operator scaling nationally across hospitals, pharmacies, and labs. You'll build the marketing engine from hands-on execution—SEO, ABM, content, and HubSpot workflows—reporting directly to the CEO and Fractional CMO.
Your Mission
Map and segment 3 vertical-specific ABM target account lists (hospital systems, pharmacy groups, labs) with intent signals in HubSpot
Audit existing content, identify 20+ high-intent keywords, and produce 8-10 SEO-optimized blog posts using StoryBrand framework
Build and launch 2 vertical-specific nurture sequences in HubSpot with lead scoring tied to engagement signals
Establish baseline metrics: website traffic, MQL volume, content performance, and email engagement rates
Execute 3 full ABM campaigns with measurable pipeline impact; track account progression through HubSpot workflows
Achieve top-3 rankings for 15+ priority keywords; grow organic traffic by 40%+ month-over-month
Grow LinkedIn organic following by 50%+ and establish consistent thought leadership cadence targeting C-suite healthcare buyers
Optimize landing page conversion rates by 25%+; improve lead-to-opportunity conversion through refined scoring and nurture sequences

Total pipeline dollars directly attributed to marketing campaigns and nurture sequences, tracked in HubSpot.
MQL-to-Opportunity Conversion Rate
Percentage of marketing-qualified leads that advance to sales-accepted opportunities.
Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPL)
Blended cost across ABM, content, and email to generate one qualified lead.
Content & SEO Performance
Organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, and engagement metrics (time on page, scroll depth, CTR).
Email & Nurture Engagement
Open rates, click rates, and sequence completion rates across HubSpot lifecycle campaigns.
ABM Account Progression
Percentage of target accounts moving through defined funnel stages within 6-month campaign windows.

Is This Role For You?
- You have 5-8 years of dedicated B2B marketing (not B2C/e-commerce) and hands-on HubSpot workflow expertise
- You're comfortable writing high-quality copy for C-suite healthcare buyers and know the StoryBrand framework (or equivalent)
- You're an execution-obsessed operator who opens HubSpot daily, builds campaigns yourself, and delivers tangible output over meetings
- You thrive with asynchronous direction, strategic autonomy, and reporting directly to leadership; you don't need hand-holding
- You rely on outsourcing and vendor management instead of doing the work yourself; this is a hands-on builder role, not a coordinator role
- Your experience is primarily B2C, e-commerce, or agency-side; NeoWork explicitly states B2C doesn't transfer
- You need rigid structure, constant check-ins, or day-to-day tactical oversight; NeoWork operates asynchronously with a lean team
