The Challenge
Monks is a global, AI-powered marketing services firm scaling fast across Latin America. You'll be the strategic advisor clients turn to when programmatic advertising outpaces their ability to execute—translating complex tech into real results.
Your Mission
Master Monks' client portfolio and establish yourself as the go-to programmatic expert across DV360, Campaign Manager, and The Trade Desk implementations
Deliver 3 strategic recommendations to existing clients on platform optimization and cost efficiency that generate measurable lift in campaign performance
Build documented processes for campaign execution lifecycle that reduce setup time by 20% and standardize reporting across the team
Conduct competitive landscape analysis for 2-3 key client verticals and present actionable insights on emerging opportunities
Manage end-to-end campaigns for 5-8 clients across social, search, display, and video channels with >90% on-time delivery and client satisfaction scores
Identify and pitch 3+ product or process improvements that scale value for the growing client base and internal team
Develop thought leadership—1-2 pieces on programmatic trends, platform updates, or competitive shifts that position Monks as category leaders
Mentor junior team members on campaign optimization and client consulting approach; create training documentation
KPIs You'll Own
Campaign Performance vs. Targets
Track ROAS, CPA, CTR, and impression share across all managed accounts—hit or exceed client KPIs monthly.
Client Retention & Expansion
Retain 100% of assigned accounts; identify and close upsell opportunities in Q2 and Q4.
Ad Spend Optimization
Reduce cost-per-acquisition or improve efficiency ratio YoY for 80%+ of portfolio through platform and bidding strategy refinement.
Time-to-Insight
Deliver optimization recommendations within 48 hours of campaign launch; measure time from data pull to actionable insight.
Process Adoption
Roll out 2+ scalable processes/templates that are adopted by 100% of team and reduce manual work by 15%+.

Is This Role For You?
- You've executed paid media campaigns (social, search, display, video) at a tech company or as an in-house advertiser and know what actually moves the needle
- You're fluent in DV360, Campaign Manager, or The Trade Desk—not just aware, but hands-on comfortable optimizing budgets and bidding strategies
- You're a natural consultant: you can read a client's business problem, diagnose the tech/strategy gap, and pitch solutions with confidence and clarity
- You're wired for autonomy, detail, and growth—you'll chase new skills, spot process gaps, and build solutions without waiting for perfect instructions
- You're looking for pure hands-off strategy or don't want to dive into campaign execution, troubleshooting, and daily optimization
- Your English (written and spoken) isn't strong—this role demands clear client communication and internal collaboration with global teams
- You haven't worked directly with programmatic platforms or paid media at scale—theory without practice won't cut it
