What you'll do
Overview
TrimRx is redefining what responsible healthcare looks like in the GLP-1 space. While much of the market optimizes for speed and volume, we optimize for outcomes - owning the experience after the prescription and designing care that works in real life.
Internally, this commitment shows up in how we build our team: with clarity, accountability, and systems that support people to do their best work without unnecessary friction or ambiguity. TrimRx is committed to building a thoughtful, people-first organization as it scales. We are in an early stage of formalizing internal systems, policies, and workflows to support sustainable growth and a positive employee experience.
As we scale, building a thoughtful, disciplined, people-first organization is not optional, it is foundational to delivering safe, ethical, high-quality healthcare.
Role Overview
The Director of Growth is responsible for leading and scaling the company’s marketing function in close partnership with executive leadership. This role owns the strategy, structure, performance, and efficiency of all marketing efforts across the business.
This leader is accountable for marketing spend discipline, affiliate and agency performance, and full-funnel growth outcomes. They will bring financial rigor to how marketing investment decisions are made—ensuring CAC, LTV, and payback dynamics are clearly understood and actively managed.
This role serves as a strategic counterbalance within a founder-led environment. The Director of Growth is expected to provide clear, data-backed recommendations, challenge assumptions when needed, and guide the business toward sustainable, profitable growth.
This is a highly entrepreneurial, builder-oriented role. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, capable of building structure where it does not yet exist, and willing to execute hands-on when needed. This is not a purely strategic position—this leader must be equally strong in execution.
This is a critical leadership role with significant ownership and a clear path to CMO.
