The Challenge
Mars Wrigley is scaling M&M'S.COM across Europe—you'll own real digital acquisition campaigns driving revenue on the iconic personalization platform. This isn't coffee-fetching; you'll report to the Performance Marketing Manager and execute SEO, paid media, and creative briefs across 10+ European markets.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize mms.com SEO and paid search performance across 3-4 core European markets; identify low-hanging keyword/bid optimization opportunities
Develop and deliver 8-12 precise creative briefs to partner agencies, ensuring on-brand, localized ad creative for Google Ads and Meta campaigns
Collaborate with media agencies to launch and monitor first major paid media campaigns; track ROAS, CPC, and conversion metrics weekly
Onboard fully into the M&M'S digital marketing calendar and tools; document current campaign performance baseline
Drive measurable revenue growth on mms.com across European markets via optimized SEO and paid media; target 15-20% quarter-over-quarter ROAS improvement
Manage end-to-end brief pipeline for creative and translation agencies; reduce brief-to-launch cycle time by 30%
Execute and optimize retargeting campaigns; analyze user journey data to improve conversion funnel by 10%+
Present monthly performance dashboard to stakeholders covering SEO rankings, paid spend ROI, conversion rates, and market-specific insights

- You're not comfortable with ambiguity in creative briefs or iterative campaign optimization; this role demands precision and adaptability
