The Challenge
MAIN is a trade marketing solutions company looking for a Growth Marketer who can own the full funnel—from campaign design to optimization. You'll drive acquisition and lead generation across Meta and Google while building institutional credibility for the agency itself.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize existing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for CTR and CPA improvements
Define and launch 3+ A/B tests on audience targeting, creative, and messaging for key client verticals
Establish reporting cadence and dashboard showing funnel performance (CTR, CPA, CPL, conversion rates)
Map B2B lead generation funnel and identify top 2-3 bottlenecks for quick wins
Scale winning paid campaigns by 30%+ while maintaining or improving CPA metrics
Build and document playbook for recurring lead generation across 3+ client verticals
Reduce cost-per-lead by 20% through continuous testing and creative optimization
Present quarterly insights and scaling opportunities to leadership based on campaign learnings

- You've run 1-2+ years of paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads with real budget responsibility
- You obsess over CTR, CPA, and conversion rates—and can spot inefficiencies in 30 seconds
- You're comfortable testing fast, learning from data, and pivoting without analysis paralysis
- You want to own the full growth funnel rather than just execute someone else's strategy
- You're autonomous but collaborative—you can align internal teams while moving independently
- You've never managed paid media budgets or only had analytics/reporting-only experience
- You need creative freedom over performance metrics—this role is conversion-first
- You require full remote work—this is on-site in Buenos Aires with hybrid flexibility
