The Challenge
LV Collective runs a powerhouse portfolio of restaurant and bar concepts (Daydreamer, Victory Lap, Side Piece Pies, Amaya, and more) across Austin. You'll be the marketing coordinator holding together brand strategy, guest experience, and on-the-ground operations across multiple high-performing venues.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize Google Business profiles, Yelp listings, and local SEO across all LV Collective locations; establish monthly review monitoring cadence
Support launch and execution of 2-3 major campaigns tied to seasonal moments (game days, cultural events, menu launches) with clear traffic/revenue metrics
Master Tripleseat and Toast Marketing platforms; build 3-4 automated email/SMS workflows for event promotions and guest re-engagement
Develop content calendar and begin weekly social media execution supporting brand storytelling and real guest moments across channels
Own email campaign performance testing (subject lines, send times, segmentation); achieve 15%+ improvement in open/click rates vs. baseline
Build and maintain organized, segmented contact database across all venues; increase email list size by 25%+ through strategic capture campaigns
Execute 4-6 influencer partnerships and brand activations; track reach, engagement, and revenue attribution for each collaboration
Create monthly marketing performance dashboard tracking traffic, reservations, reviews sentiment, and campaign ROI across all locations
KPIs You'll Own
Website Traffic & Conversions
Track monthly organic and paid traffic to venue sites and landing pages; measure conversion to reservations/orders.
Email Campaign Performance
Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and revenue-per-email for event promotions and guest campaigns.
Local Listing Health
Track Google Business and Yelp review counts, ratings, and response time to maintain strong local SEO and reputation.
Social Engagement Rate
Measure Instagram/TikTok engagement (likes, comments, shares) and follower growth tied to content themes and posting cadence.
Event Attendance & Revenue
Track attendance and revenue tied to marketed activations (game day programming, influencer events, seasonal launches).
