Marketing & Lead Manager (Non-Exempt, Hourly + Commission Eligible)Location:
San Diego, CAPosition SummaryThe Marketing & Lead Manager leads marketing efforts focused on driving lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role oversees strategy, campaigns, team performance, and marketing tools while collaborating closely with sales and the call center.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, social media, events, PR, and lead generation campaigns
- Manage day-to-day marketing team operations and coordinate with vendors
- Oversee campaign execution, including email, direct mail, social media, and events
- Track and analyze campaign performance; adjust strategies to improve results
- Maintain marketing materials and ensure consistent branding
- Manage and optimize platforms such as Buildertrend, HubSpot, and CRM tools
- Plan and execute events, trade shows, and community partnerships
- Oversee street team initiatives, including recruiting and performance management
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to guide strategy
Qualifications
- Collage degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of marketing or customer care experience (service industry preferred)
- Proficiency with marketing tools (Buildertrend, HubSpot, CRM systems, Microsoft Office)
- Experience with social media, events, and lead generation campaigns
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and digital marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with content marketing and campaign optimization
