Linear is building the next generation of product development tools. You'll own organic growth strategy from zero to hero, turning SEO into a predictable revenue driver for a fast-growing SaaS company.
Your Mission
Audit current organic presence and identify top 20 high-intent keywords driving product signups
Launch 3-4 pillar content pieces targeting product-market fit narratives and competitive keywords
Establish baseline organic traffic, lead quality, and conversion metrics from search
Build SEO roadmap aligned to product launches and sales pipeline priorities
Achieve 40-60% YoY organic traffic growth with focus on high-intent buyer keywords
Generate 50+ qualified leads per month through organic search (tracked through CRM)
Improve core web vitals and on-page technical SEO across entire domain
Establish SEO content calendar with 2+ pieces per week and internal stakeholder buy-in

Percentage of organic visitors converting to qualified leads or trial signups
Keyword ranking improvements

- You've grown organic traffic 50%+ YoY at a B2B SaaS company and tracked it to pipeline impact
- You understand technical SEO and can work with engineering to implement on-page optimizations
- You're comfortable being the solo organic growth driver and building cross-functional partnerships
- You obsess over metrics and can articulate ROI in revenue/MRR terms, not just vanity traffic
- You write clearly and can manage both strategy and content execution
- You've only done agency SEO or link-building work without exposure to conversion tracking and demand gen
- You need a huge team or extensive support—this role requires self-direction and scrappy execution
- You treat SEO as a check-the-box deliverable rather than a growth lever tied to revenue
