The Challenge

lemlist is a $150M profitable B2B SaaS with 40K+ customers generating $35M ARR—all bootstrapped. You'll own lemlist.com and claap.io as growth engines, running experiments, improving conversions, and treating the website as a product that directly drives acquisition.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master Storyblok CMS architecture, component library, and localization workflow to ship independently

Identify and deliver 3-5 quick wins: content gaps, UX friction, navigation issues with measurable impact

3

Establish documented website process: request → design → build → QA → release with clear handoffs

4

Set up translation pipeline (AI → native review → CMS) and ship localized versions for top 3 markets

By 6 Months

Launch recurring experimentation cadence: 2 A/B tests per month across homepage, pricing, product pages

Improve conversion rate by 15-20% through UX optimization and messaging clarity

Simplify navigation and information architecture based on heatmaps and user behavior data

Build predictable content update process and reduce page delivery time by 40%
