The Challenge

EPIKTET spends €3M annually to generate 750K candidate applications across 100+ agencies in France's home services sector. You'll own the entire candidate acquisition engine—optimizing job boards, Google Ads, and custom data tools to fill recruitment slots without waste while navigating seasonal hiring peaks and regional variations.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current acquisition mix across all job boards and channels; identify top performers and underperformers by agency and region

2

Establish baseline CPA (cost per application, per hire) metrics and anomaly detection system using custom tools

3

Run 3-5 A/B tests on job ad copy, keywords, and creative to isolate highest-converting messaging per role type

4

Negotiate optimized contracts with top 3 job boards (Indeed, Hellowork, etc.) to reduce CPM/CPC by 15%+

By 6 Months

Achieve 20%+ improvement in overall ROI across acquisition channels through continuous testing and reallocation

Build automated reporting dashboard flagging anomalies and opportunities in real-time across 100 agencies

Launch seasonal bidding strategy that scales spend during school breaks/peak hiring, reduces during slow periods

4

Own job board partnership roadmap: implement 2+ new features (enhanced visibility, XML feed optimizations, targeting improvements)
