The Challenge

JOBGLOBER is a recruitment platform for tech startups—you'll own the entire growth engine from strategy to execution. You're building the marketing machine for a 24-person team that's scaling fast, working across multiple customer segments (recruiters, coaches, SMBs, creators).

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and audit current funnel performance (traffic, leads, conversion rates, CAC/LTV) across all channels; identify 3-5 quick wins

Define and align multi-channel marketing strategy with leadership on 12-month targets and channel priorities

Launch or optimize 2 high-impact campaigns (paid ads, content, email) and implement baseline analytics dashboard

Host first webinar/live event and establish repeatable playbook for product launches and customer engagement

By 6 Months
1

Achieve 30-40% improvement in conversion rates across primary funnel through A/B testing and optimization cycles

Build and scale 2-3 strategic partnerships (influencer, platform, or co-brand) that drive qualified lead volume

Establish consistent product launch cadence with product team; measure feature adoption and user feedback loops

4

Reduce CAC by 20% while maintaining or improving lead quality; document growth playbooks for repeatability

Lead volume & quality

Qualified leads by source; track MQL-to-SQL conversion and lead scoring accuracy.

Conversion rate (funnel stages)

Top-of-funnel to MQL, MQL to SQL, SQL to customer; identify bottlenecks.

CAC & LTV

Customer acquisition cost and lifetime value by channel; optimize spend allocation.

Engagement (webinars, email, social)

Registration rates, attendance, click-through rates, share-of-voice metrics.

Product feature adoption

Launch velocity and user adoption metrics for new features or offerings.

For You If
  • You've run growth campaigns end-to-end at a SaaS or scaleup and can show concrete metrics (CAC reduction, lead growth, conversion improvements)
  • You're equally comfortable with strategy and execution—spreadsheets, analytics, webinar hosting, and LinkedIn posts all in a week
  • You thrive in small teams where you own multiple channels and can experiment rapidly without layers of approval
  • You speak English and ideally French; you're based in or aligned with EU timezones and OK with fully remote work
Won't Work If
  • You need a large team to execute your ideas—this is a hands-on role with minimal headcount to start
  • You're uncomfortable pivoting channels or campaigns based on data; you need long planning cycles and approval hierarchies
  • You lack hands-on experience with paid ads, funnels, email automation, and analytics—this role demands tactical execution skills

Interview Process

Initial screening (30 min)

Phone call with CEO or Head of Recruitment; brief on company vision, your growth background, and fit.

Growth case study (async)

You'll receive a fictional or real growth scenario (lead gen, funnel optimization, campaign planning); submit a 1-page plan with tactics, metrics, and timeline.

3

Deep-dive interview (60 min)

Discuss your case study, past campaigns (with actual numbers), tools/frameworks you use, and how you'd approach JOBGLOBER's key channels.

4

Leadership conversation (45 min)

Meet co-founders; discuss strategy alignment, company roadmap, and expectations for Year 1.
