What you'll do
Accountabilities:
The Panel Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns designed to grow and engage targeted audiences. This role requires a balance of creative thinking, analytical skills, and operational excellence to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.
Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing leadership.
Manage the complete campaign lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis.
Support audience growth, engagement, and retention initiatives across multiple markets.
Manage audience data and payment-related information while following data protection and compliance standards.
Implement A/B testing strategies and use performance insights to optimize campaigns.
Ensure campaign deliverability, personalization, accuracy, and consistency with brand guidelines.
Create campaign reports, analyze results, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with design, content, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver effective campaigns.
Support CRM activities, audience segmentation, and targeted communication strategies.
Respond to internal and audience-related requests professionally and within agreed timelines.
Monitor marketing trends, tools, and best practices to identify new opportunities.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and broader growth strategies.
Requirements: The ideal candidate is a digital marketing professional with experience in campaign management, email marketing, and data-driven optimization. This person should be comfortable working with international teams, analyzing performance metrics, and improving marketing processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in B2C affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or email marketing roles.
Strong experience managing email marketing campaigns from planning through reporting.
Experience with email automation platforms such as DotDigital, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
Knowledge of CRM systems and audience segmentation strategies.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Microsoft Excel for reporting and insights.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and/or data visualization tools is a plus.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable improvements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are considered a plus.
Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
