What you'll do

Accountabilities:

As the Marketing Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for building and executing acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment between channels, business goals, and revenue growth. You will act as a key partner across marketing, product, and business teams, leading initiatives that improve customer acquisition and team performance.

  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary marketing acquisition squad, conducting regular 1:1 meetings, providing feedback, and supporting career growth.

  • Build and manage customer and trial acquisition strategies across paid media, CRM, email, and content channels.

  • Define, monitor, and optimize acquisition goals, investment plans, forecasts, and performance indicators.

  • Track business metrics such as MRR, NMRR, CAC, conversion rates, and other growth indicators.

  • Establish strategic planning routines and support quarterly marketing initiatives.

  • Promote a culture of autonomy, collaboration, accountability, and high performance within the team.

  • Support operational management by prioritizing initiatives, monitoring deliveries, and improving processes.

  • Act as a bridge between the acquisition team and other areas, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

Requirements: We are looking for a marketing professional with strong experience in acquisition strategies, team leadership, and data-driven growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, business understanding, and the ability to develop people while delivering measurable results.

  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary marketing teams.

  • Strong background in customer acquisition strategies within B2B or SaaS companies.

  • Experience managing integrated acquisition channels such as paid media, CRM, email marketing, and content.

  • Solid understanding of revenue and growth metrics, including MRR, NMRR, CAC, conversion rates, retention, and expansion indicators.

  • Experience developing teams through feedback, 1:1s, mentoring, and career development practices.

  • Ability to create and manage forecasts for goals, investments, and performance.

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as RD Station, HubSpot, or similar tools.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for performance tracking.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Engineering, or related fields.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Growth Marketing strategies and structured experimentation, including A/B testing.

  • Knowledge of Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies and product-driven acquisition models.

  • Experience with strategic marketing planning cycles.

  • Familiarity with retention and expansion metrics such as Churn, LTV, and NRR.
