What you'll do
Accountabilities:
The Marketplace Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketplace strategies that increase sales, improve customer acquisition, and support long-term business growth. The role requires strong ownership of channel performance, partner relationships, and data-driven decision-making.
Lead marketplace growth strategies across third-party platforms, including current channels and future marketplace launches.
Manage wholesale eCommerce and dropship partnerships, ensuring strong execution and alignment with business objectives.
Evaluate new marketplace and retail opportunities, creating launch strategies and prioritizing growth initiatives.
Develop channel-specific strategies to improve marketplace performance and expand customer reach.
Coordinate agency relationships, including project timelines, deliverables, listings, creative assets, paid campaigns, and promotional activities.
Manage marketplace advertising initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve return on investment.
Provide leadership with clear reporting, insights, and recommendations based on marketplace data and business trends.
Optimize product listings through improved titles, descriptions, imagery, videos, enhanced content, and merchandising strategies.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, operations, finance, and sales teams to deliver effective marketplace execution.
Requirements: The ideal candidate is a marketplace-focused eCommerce professional with hands-on experience managing digital sales channels, analyzing performance data, and driving revenue growth. Strong communication skills, ownership, and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential for success in this role.
3+ years of experience managing marketplace operations, marketplace advertising, or digital commerce growth initiatives.
Strong analytical abilities with experience interpreting performance trends and making data-driven decisions.
Experience managing significant budgets, including during high-volume retail periods.
Ability to communicate insights clearly through reporting, documentation, and presentations.
Experience collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, and marketplace partners.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Experience with TikTok Shop and Amazon advertising solutions such as AMS or DSP is preferred but not required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Passion for customer-focused commerce and building scalable growth strategies.
