What you'll do
Accountabilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, ensuring performance meets ROAS, CAC, and profitability targets.
Develop structured testing frameworks for audiences, creative concepts, messaging, and landing pages, scaling successful initiatives while maintaining healthy unit economics.
Monitor ad accounts and campaign performance daily, identifying opportunities and making data-driven optimization decisions.
Partner with creative teams by providing clear performance feedback and strategic direction based on campaign results.
Own and analyze core growth metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, CPA, and contribution margin.
Build and maintain performance dashboards, conduct cohort analysis and customer lifetime value modeling, and communicate key insights to stakeholders.
Prepare weekly performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations for improving growth and profitability.
Lead conversion rate optimization through structured A/B testing across landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and other customer touchpoints.
Analyze user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, heatmaps, and e-commerce analytics platforms to identify and resolve conversion barriers.
Optimize email flows and post-purchase journeys to improve retention and increase customer lifetime value.
Develop quarterly growth roadmaps aligned with revenue and profitability objectives.
Research and test additional acquisition channels, including TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms, while monitoring competitors and market trends.
Proactively identify inconsistencies, anticipate potential issues, and implement solutions before they affect performance.
Requirements
2-3+ years of proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or direct response marketing for DTC e-commerce brands.
Strong track record of profitably managing and scaling Meta Ads campaigns.
Deep understanding of direct-response metrics and unit economics, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, CPA, and contribution margin.
Hands-on experience analyzing ad accounts and translating campaign performance into optimization actions.
Proven ability to design structured experiments, interpret results, and continuously iterate based on data.
Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel or Google Sheets and data visualization skills.
Experience with conversion tracking and attribution.
Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce analytics.
Expert-level proficiency with Meta Ads and the ability to quickly learn new platforms and technologies.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex performance data into clear and actionable recommendations.
Highly detail-oriented, proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working independently.
A strong ownership mindset and ability to prioritize decisions based on measurable results rather than assumptions.
Experience with supplements, skincare, subscriptions, health, or wellness is a plus.
Knowledge of Klaviyo, email marketing, retention strategies, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads is advantageous.
