The opportunity ✨
If you're looking to build your career in marketing, this is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience delivering CRM campaigns for some of the travel industry's best-known loyalty brands.
As our CRM Marketing Executive, you'll help bring engaging customer communications to life across Iberia Club, Vueling Club and the wider Avios ecosystem. Working primarily across email, you'll coordinate campaigns from brief through to launch, collaborating with colleagues across marketing, commercial, brand, customer and data teams, alongside our agency partners.
No two days are the same. You'll manage a varied mix of campaigns, work across different audiences and brands, and gain exposure to a broad partner ecosystem that will help you develop both specialist CRM knowledge and wider marketing expertise.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their CRM or marketing career who enjoys being organised, loves seeing campaigns come to life and wants to grow in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where your ideas and contributions will genuinely make a difference.
This role is based out of our Madrid office. We call our approach to hybrid working The Blend. It's about giving you the flexibility to choose where you do your best work while staying connected with your team and the wider business. This means you will be required to spend at least two days per week in the office, with the rest of the time working from home. You may also be required to work from one of our other office or partner locations, based on your role and to-do list.
What you'll get up to
Bring engaging CRM campaigns to life
You'll deliver CRM campaigns from brief through to launch, primarily across email, helping millions of loyalty members engage with Iberia Club, Vueling Club and the wider Avios ecosystem.
You'll create clear, engaging briefs that give our agency partners everything they need to deliver high-quality customer communications.
You'll review creative work, provide constructive feedback and help ensure every campaign is on brand, engaging and aligned to business objectives.
Focus on the execution and campaign delivery
You'll coordinate multiple campaigns at once, balancing priorities, timelines and stakeholder expectations to keep projects moving smoothly.
You'll work closely with marketing, commercial, brand, customer and data teams, as well as external agency partners, building strong relationships across the business.
You'll proactively manage approvals, identify risks early and keep stakeholders informed, helping ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
Learn, grow and make an impact
You'll review campaign performance using metrics such as open rate, click-through rate and conversion, helping identify opportunities to improve future communications.
You'll contribute ideas that enhance campaign quality, improve ways of working and support the team's ambition to scale CRM activity across our growing partner ecosystem.
You'll continue building your CRM expertise while developing broader campaign management, stakeholder management and marketing skills that will support your long-term career growth.
What we need from you
You're organised and love making things happen
You'll have experience coordinating marketing, CRM or campaign activity and enjoy managing multiple projects at the same time.
You'll be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment.
You'll take ownership of your work, proactively solve problems and stay calm when priorities change.
You're a confident communicator
You'll enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders and building positive relationships across different teams.
You'll be confident writing clear campaign briefs and translating ideas into actionable direction for agency partners.
You'll be comfortable providing constructive feedback and challenging appropriately to help deliver the best possible customer experience.
You're curious, creative and eager to develop
You'll have a creative mindset and a good understanding of what makes customer communications engaging and effective.
You'll understand core CRM campaign metrics such as open rate, click-through rate and conversion, and be keen to use insights to improve future campaigns.
You'll have both business Spanish and English, as you will work with both Spanish and English stakeholders.
Experience working in CRM or email marketing would be an advantage, but we're equally interested in candidates with broader campaign management or marketing communications experience who are excited to build deeper CRM expertise.
