Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, execution and optimization of acquisition efforts across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, and SEO channels.
- Assist in the development of a website strategy and conversion rate optimization (CRO) plan.
- Contribute to media planning by gathering inputs, analyzing performance trends, and supporting channel recommendations.
- Support budget tracking and pacing, ensuring campaigns remain aligned with monthly and quarterly goals.
- Manage campaign trafficking, QA, and launch processes in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Work with the creative team to organize assets, provide feedback, and manage creative rotations.
- Assist with testing initiatives by helping to set up A/B tests, document hypotheses, and track results.
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Analytics, Sales, and Finance to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and agency partners to support campaign delivery and performance.
- Coordinate with global marketing teams/parent company to share best practices and leverage available resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, or related field)
- 5-8 years of experience in a fast paced, dynamic marketing environment
- Experience supporting lead generation campaigns and digital performance programs in Healthcare or related fields
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Data‑driven thinking with the ability to interpret performance metrics and generate insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to follow direction while collaborating across teams.
- Familiarity with digital ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of basic performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, sessions, etc.).
- Experience supporting A/B testing or campaign experimentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic analytical tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and reporting dashboards
- Working knowledge of content optimization.
- Experience with AI marketing tools
- Experience in working with or for advertising, communications and media agencies
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Looker
- A process-improvement and positive mindset
Target Salary
: 80 - 90k plus bonusHybrid work schedule
