The Challenge
Guidehouse is a leading advisory and consulting firm targeting the Financial Services sector. You'll own account strategy and expansion across Banking, Capital Markets, and FinTech-building hypergrowth pipelines in select high-value accounts while coordinating across Advisory, Technology, and Managed Services offerings.
Your Mission
Map select accounts: identify 3-5 target clients with expansion potential; create detailed account strategies with growth levers
Build internal alignment: establish working relationships with Capability leaders, SMEs, and delivery teams to understand solution portfolio
Pipeline origination: source and qualify 8-12 new opportunities across assigned accounts using personal network and market research
Define go-to-market approach: partner with Segment Growth Leader to define point solutions and launch strategy for first major account
Achieve $2M+ pipeline value: demonstrate consistent opportunity generation and qualification tied to revenue targets
Close 2-3 marquee deals: move high-value opportunities from pipeline to closure, leveraging ecosystem partners where applicable
Expand account footprint: add 2-3 new service lines (Advisory, Technology, or Managed Services) across existing accounts
Establish ecosystem channel: activate and prove 1-2 ecosystem partner relationships as repeatable sales channel

- You have 15+ years in Financial Services (Banking, Capital Markets, payments, digital assets, financial crime, or risk/compliance)
- You've built accounts from zero and delivered hypergrowth; you thrive on account strategy and expansion
- You have a proven network in Investment Banking, regional banking, or FinTech and can originate deals consistently
- You can sell both advisory-led AND technology-led solutions; you understand how to position consulting with tech
- You're looking for remote-first work; this is on-site NYC with 75%+ travel required
- You lack deep Financial Services credibility or a strong network in Banking/Capital Markets/FinTech
- You prefer individual contributor roles or transactional sales; this demands strategic account leadership and cross-team collaboration
