What you'll do
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-stakeholder projects.
- 6 years of relevant work experience in BtoC (Business-to-Consumer) Marketing or Program Management.
- Experience in the tech industry with an understanding of consumer apps, feature development, and the nuances of working with product teams.
- Experience with data analysis to interpret information, prioritize initiatives, and optimize in-app experiences.
- Experience managing program-level budgets and vendor and agency ecosystems.
- Experience owning projects and applying problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to translate market research, cultural insights, and brand pillars into scalable content programs that drive business growth.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Define the overarching program goal and Go-To-Market strategies, ensuring all initiatives remain strictly aligned with Waze’s core business priorities and long-term growth objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to secure buy-in and integrate program value into the broader product roadmap.
- Author and maintain critical program documentation, including strategic roadmaps and operational playbooks, while managing recurring meeting cadences and tracking cross-functional action items.
- Oversee global content initiatives and partnership models to uphold creative standards and ensure all in-app content adheres to rigorous brand guidelines.
- Manage the program budget through precise forecasting and PO processing, while monitoring success metrics to produce detailed monthly performance and risk reports.
