Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've led cross-functional teams through 2+ major product launches and can manage competing stakeholder priorities
  • You're comfortable in ambiguity and translate market research into scalable, data-driven programs that move revenue metrics
  • You have 6+ years B2C marketing or program management experience in tech, apps, or consumer platforms
  • You obsess over metrics and use data to prioritize ruthlessly; you get uncomfortable when a day passes without impact
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility or hybrid work-this is 100% on-site in NYC
  • You're not comfortable moving fast and iterating; you need perfect strategy before launching
  • You haven't shipped competitive positioning or feature launches; this requires hands-on execution, not strategy-only
  • You shy away from cross-functional conflict or ego clashes; you need to navigate matrix politics effectively
