Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Agency Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction by managing project timelines, execution, and performance. Responsibilities include understanding client goals, creating digital strategies, maintaining client communication, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying growth opportunities. The role will involve monitoring account performance and ensuring all campaigns align with client objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Account Management and strong organizational skills
- Exceptional Communication and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of Digital Strategy to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
- Experience in Sales and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Proficiency in Project Management to oversee timelines and ensure seamless deliverables
- Familiarity with the jewelry industry or digital marketing tools like Shopify, WordPress, or Magento is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Self-starter with the capacity to work independently in a remote setting
