The Challenge
Funbooker is scaling its leisure activity booking platform across English and Spanish-speaking markets. You'll own the SEO strategy for international expansion, identifying high-potential keywords and markets while building pages that drive qualified traffic across multiple regions.
Your Mission
Complete keyword research and market prioritization for 3-5 new English/Spanish speaking countries
Launch 20-30 optimized SEO landing pages in target languages with on-page optimization
Establish baseline SEO tracking across markets using Ahrefs, Ranxplorer, and GSC
Document competitive SEO strategies and identify content gaps vs top 3 competitors per market
Achieve 50K+ monthly organic sessions from international markets (baseline to be set month 1)
Scale to 100+ published SEO pages with documented on-page optimization playbook
Implement internal linking strategy that improves crawlability and page authority distribution
Build repeatable localization framework for content adaptation (vs translation) across markets

Organic Traffic by Market
Monthly sessions from SEO across English and Spanish-speaking countries, tracked by GSC and analytics
Keyword Rankings
Position tracking for target keywords in each market using Ahrefs/Ranxplorer; target top 3 positions for high-intent terms
Organic Conversions
Bookings or leads generated from organic traffic, attributed by country and page type
Content Output Velocity
Pages created and optimized per month; measure quality (avg time-on-page, scroll depth) not just quantity

The Package
Salary
€24K-€28K base (annual equivalent for full-time; alternance contracts typically 60-70% of market rate)
Remote
On-site, Paris. Alternance rhythm: 3 weeks company / 1 week school OR 4 days company / 1 day school (flexible, negotiable)

Is This Role For You?
- You're pursuing a degree and need real-world SEO experience at a growth-stage company
- You speak fluent English and/or Spanish (essential for market research and content creation)
- You're comfortable with multi-market prioritization and enjoy strategic keyword research
- You want to own end-to-end SEO strategy from planning through execution and measurement
- You need full-time employment now—this is an alternance contract (part-time during school)
- You're looking for a strictly technical SEO role; this is strategy + content creation + analytics
- You have zero experience with SEO tools or organic search marketing fundamentals

Analyze a leisure/e-commerce site and propose keyword strategy for one new market (take-home or live)

Meet with SEO manager(s) and/or Head of Audiences; discuss scaling strategy, tools, and collaboration
Offer + alternance logistics
Finalize contract terms, alternance rhythm, school coordination, start date
