This is day-one impact: launch a presence, build a developer community, and drive 50+ MQLs/month in a 24-person, well-funded startup.
Your Mission
Launch Forest's Twitter/X presence with daily engagement; hit 1K followers and 3-5 viral threads in compliance/AI space
Map and activate 15+ MCP distribution channels (mcp.so, Smithery, Claude Desktop, npm, GitHub); launch first 2 Skills; measure conversion rate from install → signup
Generate 150+ MQLs across Q1 with clear attribution model; set up Customer.io nurturing for inbound leads
Build Discord/Slack community for "AI Regulated Ops"; recruit 100+ founding members; run first 2 community events
5K+ Twitter/X followers; Forest visible as a voice in fintech/compliance/AI; CRO's personal brand launched with 2K+ followers
50+ MQLs/month consistently; 40% of total pipeline attributed to Growth channels; CAC and conversion rates tracked by channel
MCP distribution flywheel live: 10+ active Skills, 3+ distribution channels driving > 100 weekly installs, clear PLG motion to paid
Community hits 500+ active members; 2-4 events hosted; community-sourced content or feedback informing product roadmap

Track lead quality and source attribution across Twitter, content, community, MCP distribution; target 50+/month.

CAC and LTV by channel
Calculate customer acquisition cost and lifetime value for each growth channel; identify highest-ROI levers.
Twitter/X engagement rate
Track follower growth, reply rate, retweets, and impressions; target 5K+ followers in 6 months.
Community growth and activation
Monitor Discord/Slack member count, daily active users, and content engagement; target 500+ members by M6.
Attribution to pipeline
% of total pipeline revenue attributed to Growth; target 40% within 12 months.

- You've built a developer community from 0→500+ members (Discord, Slack, Twitter) and own the growth metrics
- You're native on Twitter/X: you engage authentically, build relationships, create conversations daily
- You've launched Product Hunt, HackerNews, or Reddit campaigns and tracked CAC, conversion, attribution obsessively
- You understand the AI agent ecosystem (Claude, GPT, n8n, Cursor, Dust) and can spot distribution opportunities
- You create content fast: threads, short videos, memes, hot takes, and live demos without waiting for approval
- You rely on vanity metrics (impressions, followers) instead of MQLs, CAC, and conversion rates
- You've never built a community or can't point to a Discord/Slack/Slack workspace you grew from 0
- You're uncomfortable with Twitter/X or haven't built a personal brand; ghostwriting and daily engagement aren't your jam
- You need a large team, process, or approval layers; this is hands-on, solo-heavy ownership

Develop a 30/60/90-day growth plan for Forest: MCP distribution strategy, community launch roadmap, Twitter presence plan
