Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current site architecture, identify top 20 technical SEO issues, and ship fixes; establish baseline traffic and conversion metrics

Map keyword landscape across product pages and create optimization roadmap for top 50 priority keywords

3

Launch 2-3 high-impact landing pages (product-specific, regional) with A/B testing framework in place

4

Build and share first monthly performance dashboard with traffic, conversion, and SEO health KPIs

By 6 Months

Grow organic traffic 35-50% YoY via technical SEO wins, content optimization, and internal linking strategy

Improve site conversion rate by 20-30% through CRO experiments and UI/UX refinements on key pages

Launch AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategy and adapt content metadata for AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity)

Establish and execute backlink growth program; secure 30+ high-quality domain authority links

% of sessions that exit without interaction; lower is better; target <50% for key pages.

Average Session Duration

Time spent on site; indicates content relevance and engagement; target >2min on product pages.

  • You've owned SEO and website growth in a B2B SaaS environment for 4+ years—traffic and conversion gains are your resume
  • You're comfortable with technical SEO, WordPress operations, and basic HTML/CSS; you don't wait for developers for every fix

  • You expect pure strategy work—this role is hands-on: WordPress admin, template tweaks, ongoing optimization, not exec oversight
