The Challenge
Félix is a $100M+ funded FinTech revolutionizing remittances for Latin immigrants via AI-powered WhatsApp payments. You'll own growth for Colombia and Dominican Republic—translating global strategy into culturally resonant campaigns that drive adoption in two strategic markets.
Your Mission
Map and optimize regional marketing budget allocation across performance and brand channels with baseline metrics established
Adapt and launch 3-4 global campaign variations localized for Colombian and DR diaspora audiences with market-specific messaging
Build and activate first cohort of 5-10 local influencers and community ambassadors with activation playbooks
Establish regional KPI dashboard tracking CAC, activation rate, and brand lift by market segment
Execute 2 major offline activations (OOH, events) in key Colombian and DR cities with measurable brand lift and user acquisition
Scale influencer program to 15+ active partners with performance SLAs and partner contribution metrics
Deliver quarterly growth strategy recommendations to Regional GM informed by local market insights and competitive analysis
Achieve regional user growth targets while maintaining CAC within 15% of company-wide benchmarks

Regional CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
Track cost per activated user by channel and market to optimize budget allocation and identify high-performing tactics.
Campaign ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Measure performance marketing efficiency across influencer, digital, and offline channels against target thresholds.
Brand Lift & Awareness
Quarterly surveys measuring aided/unaided brand awareness and messaging resonance in target diaspora segments.
Regional User Activation Rate
Percentage of acquired users completing first transaction, indicating campaign quality and product-market fit locally.
Influencer Engagement & Attribution
Track influenced user conversion rates, content reach, and attribution-driven revenue from ambassador partnerships.

- You're fluent in Spanish and deeply familiar with Colombian and Dominican culture, media, and consumer behavior
- You've managed performance and brand marketing budgets simultaneously, balancing short-term CAC with long-term brand equity
- You're energized by mission-driven work serving underserved communities and building legacy companies
- You need constant oversight, detailed playbooks, and approval workflows—Félix expects autonomous regional leaders
- You lack hands-on experience managing marketing budgets, influencer partnerships, or campaign execution in Latin America
- You're uncomfortable with the on-site requirement in Colombia or unable to commit to 2+ years building regional momentum
- You view marketing as a cost center rather than a growth lever—Félix expects you to drive measurable unit economics and acquisition
