What you'll do

Our expanding organization has an opening for a Senior Marketing Specialist to take on a key function within the team. We're looking for someone who can pair solid technical skills with real-world creative marketing experience to help launch successful campaigns for a business built around agility and quick turnaround. You'll join colleagues who care deeply about producing excellent work and who genuinely support one another's professional development. This role is ideal for people who enjoy combining technical strengths with a broader marketing mindset, and it comes with real opportunities for career growth down the line.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and refine flexible email formats and landing page templates that work well across devices, relying on Marketo's modular design system
  • Use practical HTML/CSS knowledge to troubleshoot display errors, clean up how text appears, and keep visual output steady across a range of email clients and screen types
  • Take Figma design files and turn them into email content that displays accurately no matter which client software recipients use
  • Develop and keep up landing pages, forms, and modular components within Marketo that help cut down build time on future campaigns
  • Configure and run automated drip sequences and audience clusters through Marketo to support a range of campaign goals
  • Roll out different campaign formats, including single email drops, multi-step nurture sequences, and promotional messaging for webinars and events
  • Handle the setup of campaign pieces such as personalization tokens, dynamic content blocks, and program structure, following Marketo's guidance on naming conventions and folder organization
  • Contribute to database accuracy, manage contact information, and work with the operations group on lead scoring and routing rules
  • Watch over how well emails get delivered, how consistently they display, and how precisely links get tracked, while checking regular numbers like open rates, click activity, unsubscribes, and bounces
  • Perform careful checks on every email before sending to make sure it displays correctly, links work, and personalization fields are filled in properly
  • Plan and run A/B testing efforts that look at things like subject line wording, sender name choices, layout differences, and best times to send
  • Build focused contact segments using Marketo's audience tools and custom filters, while making sure everything stays compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM and the data remains accurate
  • Check that UTM parameters and tracking links are set up correctly on every piece of content
  • Work closely with marketing, design, content, and campaign teams to gather what's needed for each project and manage the approval and revision process
  • Take ownership of the production calendar and deadlines for email and campaign deliverables in a busy, nonstop marketing environment
  • Document the processes used for building campaigns, coding guidelines, and template resources so the team can learn faster and work more efficiently
  • Suggest improvements based on new Marketo tools and changing industry practices to keep boosting how campaigns perform
