The Challenge

DISQO is the trusted ad measurement platform for the world's biggest brands. You'll architect the prospecting and outbound systems that power their revenue engine—automating GTM workflows at scale.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and map current prospecting pipeline in Clay, Octave, and Salesforce; identify bottlenecks in lead routing and qualification

2

Deploy first AI-assisted automation workflow for BDR team (lead scoring, trigger-based outbound, or intent signal enrichment)

3

Create ICP/persona alignment framework and test messaging variations across 2-3 outbound channels

4

Establish baseline metrics dashboard: pipeline sourced, conversion lift, hours saved by automation

By 6 Months
1

Scale prospecting architecture to 3+ high-intent segments with automated data enrichment and lead routing

Build and train GTM teams on 2-3 AI agent tools; measure adoption and productivity gains (hours saved/week)

3

Launch end-to-end automated outbound campaign with A/B tested messaging; achieve 15%+ lift in conversion rate

4

Deliver ROI framework quantifying pipeline influenced, revenue influenced, and cost-per-qualified-lead across all GTM ops

  • You've shipped GenAI or workflow automation in GTM (lead scoring, intent signals, outbound triggers, or AI briefs)
  • You're fluent in revenue operations: Salesforce/HubSpot, data models, sales/marketing process, and pipeline mechanics
  • You love building systems that free up humans to do higher-impact work—you measure success in hours saved and pipeline influenced
  • You're comfortable operating cross-functionally: translating between technical teams and non-technical GTM stakeholders
Won't Work If
  • You haven't worked in GTM, Sales, Marketing, or Operations—this role requires deep revenue context to be effective
  • You prefer hands-off, strategic-only work; this is hands-on building and testing automation day-to-day
  • You're not comfortable with data or experimentation; metrics and A/B testing are core to the job
