What you'll do
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned media (SEO, SEM, email, social, and web).
- Optimize website performance, content, and conversion in collaboration with web developers and UX designers.
- Lead SEO/SEM efforts, ensuring the site is optimized for organic growth and high-performing paid campaigns.
- Oversee email marketing, including list segmentation, A/B testing, automation flows, and performance analysis.
- Drive social media strategy, content planning, and community engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Lead digital execution for new campaigns and product launches, with specific focus to website updates and asset integration for all internal systems.
- Carry through white-glove experiences and service into Newport Brass digital platforms, in partnership with customer care teams.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and data dashboards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Service, and Creative teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Manage agency/vendor relationships and digital marketing budgets.
- Stay current on digital trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in campaign management and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of digital tools: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SalesForce, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEMrush or similar.
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, web analytics, and marketing automation.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing budgets and leading digital strategy.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience in luxury consumer goods, with emphasis in B2B.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).

Hiring Range: $103,700.00 - $163,020.00 USD
Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
