Deezer is a major music streaming competitor fighting Spotify in Europe. You'll own EMEA partnerships that drive distribution, subscriber growth, and revenue—managing multi-million euro deals with retail, telcos, and platforms.
Your Mission
Map and audit all active EMEA partnerships; identify revenue gaps and expansion opportunities in France and key European markets
Establish baseline metrics and forecasts for top 10 partner accounts using CRM; set quarterly revenue targets
Execute 2-3 strategic partner business reviews; align on 2026 growth plans and activation roadmap
Deliver market analysis on retail and digital distribution trends; recommend go-to-market adjustments for Q2
Close 2-3 new partnership deals or significant expansions worth €2M+ in incremental annual revenue
Increase partner-driven subscriber acquisition by 25-30% through co-marketing and activation programs
Build 360° business plans for top 5 partners covering strategy, channel marketing, operations, and KPIs
Establish quarterly business planning cadence with executive stakeholders; deliver predictable forecast accuracy >85%

Is This Role For You?
- You've closed multi-million euro partnership or enterprise deals and know how to negotiate hard without burning bridges
- You speak fluent English and French and can manage C-level stakeholders in both languages
- You thrive in complex, matrix environments and can balance strategic vision with operational detail (Salesforce, forecasting, CRM discipline)
- You have 6-10+ years in partnerships, key accounts, or business development in media, telecom, gaming, or retail
- You need remote flexibility or hate on-site work – this role is Paris-based, fully on-site
- You can't speak both English and French fluently; EMEA stakeholder management demands it
- You're uncomfortable with ambiguity, long sales cycles, or complex multi-stakeholder negotiations
