Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've built outbound systems from scratch and own the metrics end-to-end (not just implementing tools)
  • You're fluent in SQL, data modeling, and can build automation without waiting on engineering
  • You think like an operator: comfortable across strategy, execution, and analytics
  • You're energized by hypergrowth chaos and want to architect systems that scale 3-10x
  • You see AI as a force multiplier for GTM workflows, not just hype
Won't Work If
  • You're looking for a pure manager role or hands-off strategic position—this requires deep execution
  • You need remote flexibility or don't want 5 days/week onsite commitment
  • You're uncomfortable with SQL, data modeling, or technical GTM tooling (this is hands-on builder work)
