The Challenge

Design and implement prospecting pipeline automation workflow integrated with CRM
Establish baseline outbound performance metrics dashboard (conversion rates, velocity, pipeline contribution)
Scale outbound infrastructure to 3x prospecting volume while maintaining or improving conversion rates
Launch enrichment and lead scoring systems using intent data and AI-powered insights
Build SDR playbooks and tooling suite that increases rep productivity by 40%+
Create predictive models linking outbound activities to pipeline and revenue outcomes

Is This Role For You?
- You've built outbound systems from scratch and own the metrics end-to-end (not just implementing tools)
- You're fluent in SQL, data modeling, and can build automation without waiting on engineering
- You think like an operator: comfortable across strategy, execution, and analytics
- You're energized by hypergrowth chaos and want to architect systems that scale 3-10x
- You see AI as a force multiplier for GTM workflows, not just hype
- You're looking for a pure manager role or hands-off strategic position—this requires deep execution
- You need remote flexibility or don't want 5 days/week onsite commitment
- You're uncomfortable with SQL, data modeling, or technical GTM tooling (this is hands-on builder work)
