What you'll do

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Engineer to power our marketing team by building scalable systems, automation, and experimentation frameworks. You’ll be the key marketing analytics partner to our Growth teams globally —responsible for everything from performance modeling to measurement infrastructure to media investment strategy.

You’ll own initiatives end-to-end, working closely with marketing operations, growth, and regional teams to develop tools, integrate platforms, enhance attribution, and improve the effectiveness of marketing programs. We’re looking for someone who is not just analytically sharp but also deeply strategic—a builder who can scale systems and generate insights that shape the full funnel roadmap across marketing, growth, and growth products.

Responsibilities

  • Global Marketing Analytics & Decision Support - Own the end-to-end marketing analytics function, including dashboards, reporting frameworks, and self-serve insights that enable global and regional teams to evaluate campaign and pipeline performance quickly and confidently.
  • Experimentation & Growth Infrastructure - Build the infrastructure for scalable growth experimentation, including rapid test setup, analytics pipelines, and automated reporting to accelerate learning velocity across campaigns, channels, and regions.
  • Measurement, Attribution & Incrementality - Design and operationalize advanced measurement frameworks to quantify marketing impact, including multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, MMM, CAC/LTV, media efficiency, and ROI.
  • Data Architecture, Integrity & Integrations - Design and maintain a scalable, reliable analytics and data foundation. Ensure high data integrity and bidirectional sync across core MarTech and RevTech systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Clay) to power analytics, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Scalable Marketing Operations & Automation - Build reusable workflows, templates, and automation that enable Campaign and Field Marketing teams to operate efficiently at scale.
  • AI-Powered Enablement & Innovation - Leverage AI and LLMs to enhance enrichment, personalization, workflow automation, and scalable content operations across the marketing stack.

Includes:

  • Dynamic list creation and audience building
  • Lead lifecycle management, scoring, enrichment, and routing
  • Multi-channel campaign sequencing
  • Account engagement signals and buying-committee insights

Qualifications

Required

  • 4+ years of high-performance marketing analytics experience, supporting marketing, growth, GTM, or RevOps teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with experimentation frameworks, attribution, and funnel analysis.
  • Deep familiarity with multi-channel marketing measurement, including attribution systems, LTV/CAC frameworks, and MMM/incrementality testing.
  • Expertise in SQL, plus hands-on experience with BI tools like Mode, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Experience designing and running growth marketing experiments (creative tests, landing pages, CRM, geo tests, etc.) and building reporting infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence growth, product, finance, and marketing stakeholders with clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience working deeply with marketing automation, CRM, ABM, and enrichment platforms such as:
    • Clay (workflow automation, enrichment, sequencing)
    • HubSpot (marketing automation, lead management, workflows)
    • Salesforce (CRM, routing, reporting, Sales Cloud)
    • Demandbase (ABM, account intent, targeting)
  • Ability to architect and deliver technical solutions independently, from prototype to production.
  • Proficiency with modern programming languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, or similar).
  • Ability to collaborate with non-technical marketing partners and translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights.

Pay Rate

  • $42-$47/hour
